18th August 2011 Planning Meeting

The planning Committee sat today and deferred the demolition and planning permission. The reason given was to allow officers to compile reports with regards to the Heritage aspects and if they believe it reasonable to use Article4(1) Direction. This Article can be used to stop any demolition or building being under taken. The committee will debate this on Thursday 25th August.
